Are there contracts or commitments?
The Starter and Professional plans are available month-to-month. Enterprise plans typically involve annual agreements. Partnership arrangements are structured based on the specific relationship.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you become a channel partner, all software fees drop to zero immediately.
What does "daily MAP scans" mean?
We scan Google, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and the open web every day for products listed below your MAP price. Each scan uses AI-powered price extraction to verify violations and capture evidence.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We handle onboarding, product import, seller mapping, and platform configuration at no additional cost on any plan.
